Some simple extensions to cassandra stress:
* Configurable warm up iterations
* Output results by command type for USER (e.g. 5000 ops/sec, 1000 inserts,
1000 reads, 3000 range reads)
* Count errors when ignore flag is set
* Configurable truncate for more consistent results
