The patch looks fine, to the best of my python-driver knowledge, anyway. That
said, the optimizations there seem a little bit too low level (manually
building binary frames is kinda hardcore for cqlsh code). How much performance
do we lose if we use a new QueryMessage for each request instead of building
frames ourselves?
