Fix For: 3.0.x
{{DataOutputBuffer}} now supports {{getFilePointer()}} method - but the
nomenclature is actually wrong as it doesn't need to be a _file_ pointer.
Linked branch renames the two affected methods to {{getPosition()}} and
{{hasPosition()}}.
