Nice explanation :-)
In my opinion, we should wait for the fix for
[PYTHON-458|https://datastax-oss.atlassian.net/browse/PYTHON-458] instead of
trying to fix it on our side.
In the mean time we could set {{max_schema_agreement_wait}} to a greater value
that {{client_timeout}} in the DTests to prevent the flapping.
[~jkni] will you be fine with that?
