Sylvain Lebresne resolved CASSANDRA-11202.

Resolution: Not A Problem
We only officially support windows from 2.2 and we know there is renaming
problems before so if you want to use windows, use 2.2. If you can reproduce on
2.2 though, feel free to reopen and we can look at it.
