Carl Yeksigian commented on CASSANDRA-12176: -------------------------------------------- That test run did not reproduce this error at all; looks like the failures were all machine related. We don't wait for a schema agreement after creating the keyspace; this could be the issue - only would happen if we are connecting to a new node which didn't receive the keyspace, then this operation will fail. For the schema operations, we could also use the exclusive CQL connection instead; this way we know we're communicating with a single node that will have the keyspace definition.
