Since there's no real way to distinguish between the broken and non-broken rows
if there was no data corruption, there might be incorrect data after scrub
still, but there's no good way to detect it on large userbase scale.
The impact, however, is limited to the queries that were executed during the
schema update operation, so if there was some sort of a log or a timestamp you
can still check the items.
