Up until now I've only been using circleci unit test reports, as illustrated in
the "branch|testall|dtest" comment above, which reported it all green.
As CircleCI hasn't failed on this test, what's the difference here?

If CircleCi and Jenkins can both identify failures separately then "test-all"
column should be split into two, to link to each.
Otherwise, does Jenkins have any form of alerting or reporting on tests that go
from stable to flakey? Would have been ideal to have automatically have receive
the breakage information before it affected you [~iamaleksey]
