C. Scott Andreas commented on CASSANDRA-14676: ---------------------------------------------- Hi [~rk0589], sorry for the delay in my reply. Cassandra has limited support for user-defined aggregations. See here for documentation contributed by members of the community: [https://www.instaclustr.com/user-defined-functions-and-aggregates/]. As a non-relational database, joins are not supported though many join-related use cases can be met via denormalized data models. I should mention that this bug tracker is used by developers of Apache Cassandra. The best avenue for help is via the user's list or IRC channel. Details on these are available here: http://cassandra.apache.org/community/ > Use joins and aggregate functions in cassandra > ---------------------------------------------- > > Key: CASSANDRA-14676 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-14676 > Project: Cassandra > Issue Type: Wish > Components: Legacy/Testing > Reporter: Rama Krishna > Priority: Major > Fix For: 3.11.2 > > > Team, > > I am using Apache Cassandra 3.11.2 version , apart from Spark , do we have > any other alternative to use Joins and Aggregate functions in cassandra . > > > Thanks, > RK. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v7.6.3#76005) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: commits-unsubscr...@cassandra.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: commits-h...@cassandra.apache.org
