[~ptbannister] could you please post your branch? Like we discussed, the driver 
that cqlsh uses is checked in 
[here|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/lib/cassandra-driver-internal-only-3.12.0.post0-5838e2fd.zip].
 We probably need to change that.
