I think I resolved start time for most part. For the NTR tasks its still
entering the queue time included, but to capture the start time I would have to
add another nanoTime() call and I didnt want to add any overhead. The queue
time for that is included in the timeouts etc as well though and I think for
that its Ok.
I fixed execute and batch to actually print things out correctly. At least if
it can, if evicted from prepared statement cache at right time and still not
prepared it will just display the MD5 still but thats pretty small time window.
I fixed a bit with argument truncating as well which should benefit the audit
log too.
