CASSANDRA-15637 deprecated size_estimates in favor of table_estimates to allow
for local primary range estimates (needed for MapReduce). This appears to have
caused a regression in the python dtest nodetool_test.TestNodetool.
test_refresh_size_estimates_clears_invalid_entries (as seen by Circle CI
