{color:#172b4d}In fact, it's not "repairedAt" causing the issue, it's the
"isTransient" attribute. For non-ZCS, it's always "false" for streamed sstable
writer, but for ZCS, "isTransient" is copied from source sstable.{color}
In case of the dtest with optimized repair, node3 finished anti-compaction and
changed its sstable to "isTransient=true" because of incremental repair. And
then node3 streams the sstable to node2.

for ZCS sstables and fixed some typos in transient replica document.
