Thanks for the testing [~Bereng], very much appreciated. Yes, I have run all
the branches.
The slack plugin is not normally locally, as we only want slack and email
notifications from the official builds at ci-cassandra.apache.org. But, adding
the slack plugin by itself isn't enough to fire off the notifications, the
credentials to the ASF slack needed to be added as well. So it is safe to add
the plugin
