[~blerer] As long as [~clohfink] doesn't have any objections, I think raising
the number of buckets to 118 should be a pretty innocuous change, and we
already encode the length, so it won't break anything (...and I'll keep the
rest of the latest version of the patch in place to catch existing corruption).
