[~n.v.harikrishna] I rebased your patch and modified it a bit to allow {{IN}}
filtering on all types of columns (partition key, clustering, regular and
static columns) not only on clustering columns. I also added support for
multi-column {{IN}} restrictions with a single column. I hope it is fine with
you.
