[This tiny PR|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/1217] adds the {{-e}}
option described above to the generation script.
Note that the {{-e}} option is only allowed if any of the {{-l}}/{{-m}}/{{-h}}
flags added by CASSANDRA-16871 are used. I understand that the usage of the
script without flags is reserved for generating the default config that will be
committed to the main branches, and in that case we want {{config-2_1.yml}} to
be consistent with the four generated {{config.yml}} files.
