org.apache.cassandra.db.commitlog.CommitLogSegmentManagerCDCTest failed, so ran
a few times locally. I have seen fail in other branches but just double
checked before merging.
j11 python dtest had a fun suite of errors, but 3/4 were clean so calling fluke
