The problem imo seems to be the test class was just growing past the timeout.
With 5K lines and 90 test cases it was already taking a long time to run. So on
a heavily loaded test env it makes sense it would time out occasionally. As in
other similar cases before I have gone for a split which halfs the time. I hope
it makes sense.
