Description:
client_options column (CASSANDRA-16378) should appear when using a new flag (to
be introduced) to expose client_options instead of being added at the back of
the current output. This is needed to ensure backward compatibility of the
output is preserved.
Following CASSANDRA-17683, we can probably introduce virtual table output with
"-V", "-vtable"
