I'll add a README for the noboolean dir. We'll need the noboolean packages
until there are no distros we'd like to support that use an rpmlib older than
4.13, since we'll probably always want boolean support in the packaging going
forward with multiple java versions (j8 or not.)
I too have a hard time seeing a windows user interested in linux packages, but
it's not like symlinks would really prevent them from doing anything if they
had the motivation.
