Took an initial look, looks fine from a quick glance but haven't tested yet.
Can you add test to check that no more than {{$CQLSH_HISTSIZE=50}} entries are
displayed? The improvements can probably be done as separate tickets.
We will need to write to the development mailing list to see if anyone has any
feedback/comments on this feature or preference for {{HISTORY}} command naming.
