As the test exists in 4.0, I tried to reproduce the failure in both 4.0 and 4.1
Managed to reproduce it when run with compression twice in 5000 times:

But I didn't manage in 10 000 runs on 4.0 -

Just with the regular ant test some target I didn't manage to reproduce it 5000
times on both branches.
