Description:
The [What's
New|https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/cassandra/new/index.html] section
of the website needs a bit of TLC:
* replace version number on landing page ({{new/index.adoc}})
* cleanup sub-pages in {{/doc/latest/cassandra/new/}}
This work needs to be done for both {{trunk}} and {{cassandra-4.1}} branches.
