I think it would be generally useful to add a dtest that verifies the sstable
metadata once the node is fully started in the 2 cases:
* a new node joins
* an existing node restarts & replays log segments?
This would also help a lot when we come to address this in the CEP-21 branch,
so we can check whatever we do there is equivalent.
Also, it's an issue from CASSANDRA-16619 really, but I was surprised that the
originating host id isn't shown in {{sstablemetadata}} output, so the only way
to check this is by using the debugger (or by triggering the bug). We should
add it there, if not for older branches then at least in trunk as the output is
already changed by CASSANDRA-18134.
