As far as I recall the initial idea of adding those in the image was to 
stabilize CI and not about timing. With that said I see value in what you did.

Now, I am still not sure which image we use for which tests yet as there are 
differences between how we use those in CircleCI and in Jenkins... And I think 
everyone I asked before had different understanding... But this is probably a 
discussion for another ticket
