Writes at CL.ALL would be similarly affected.  But writes at anything short of 
CL.ALL simply don't wait for the slow node.  Batch writes just pick two random 
nodes to be batch replicas and if those land on the slow node, the slow node 
has the opportunity to slow everyone else down.
