We shared an overview of the program in the [June 7 Cassandra Marketing Working
Group
meeting|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CASSANDRA/2023-06-07+Meeting]
to understand whether this program would be of interest. People were
enthusiastic about it, so our next step is to draft an outline of how the
program would be adminstered in accordance with ASF and Cassandra governance
(who will be on MVP committee, how will MVPs be selected, etc.).
