In the latest versions guava is tested also with Java 17 and recently I did a 
quick CI run of Cassandra with latest guava and I did not see any surprises. 
But we need to check also the change log. I think it is worth it to upgrade. 
Maybe not highest priority but before 5.0. I was planning on opening a ticket, 
but maybe we can also use this one for the effort? Let me know
