The patch [#2548|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/2548] fixes all the
errors (there are still a lot of warnings, 4240 warnings in total) that occur
when running the {{ant javadoc}} command leaving the structure of the javadocs
the same.
For example, the patch ignores missing {{@param}} because they do not lead to
errors:
