Further analysis shows the issue is in non-system keyspaces, where there is a
user defined type (UDT) and a UDF that may create the UDT using the
udfContxt.newUTDValue() method. Alternatively calling as UDF calling
udfContext().newTupleValue() method will also trigger the NPE.
The issue is that the keyspace variable in udfContextImpl is set to null
because the keyspace is being created when the value is set.
There is no requirement for more than one server.
