Yep, but that won't merge cleanly :) On that topic though, I noticed that 4.0
[already has log-cli-level
set|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-4.0/.circleci/config_template.yml#L2922]
but it was the only one. I added the double quotes to 4.0 and updated them
