Description: SAI currently emits a client warning when we try to index a
text value larger than {{{}cassandra.sai.max_string_term_size{}}}. It might be
nice to have a hard limit as well, above which we can reject the mutation
entirely. (was: SAI needs to at least emit a client warning rather than just
no-spam logging when we try to index a text value larger than
{{cassandra.sai.max_string_term_size}}. It might be nice to have a hard limit
