OK, but that should be a separate ticket, and not something that blocks this
one, (it's something that would need to be done whether the driver was moved or
not).
This ticket is technically done, the only thing remaining is to actually remove
the {{drivers/}} directory, and of course, the build and test targets from
{{build.xml}}.
