In CASSSIDECAR-187 we introduced the integration framework, which included 3
new subprojects {{integration-framework}}, {{integration-tests}}, and
{{test-common}}. All these subprojects are missing the
{{org.apache.cassandra.sidecar}} artifact {{group}}.
Additionally, there's no requirement to publish the {{integration-framework}}
and {{integration-tests}} so we can avoid doing that.
