- Introduce ExecuteFlags for coordination to be able to accelerate execution if
replicas permit (actual optimisations to mostly be implemented later)
- Refactor RoutingKey serialization to support indexing directly over
serialised bytes, to reduce SyncPoint memory requirements (actual optimisation
to be implemented later)
- Fix RandomPartitioner integration with RouteIndex
- Fix "MinTokenKey" serialised comparison (and flatten
MinTokenKey/SentinelKey/TokenKey into TokenKey)
