The reference nav section and landing page did not list all reference pages.
Add the
- new native-protocol page
- single cql specification page
- vector data type page
The cql commands page also has broken links that need fixing.
Note, the cql commands pages are duplicated information from the single cql
specification page AND the developing/cql/ddl.html page. The documentation
across these duplications also varies in accuracy and age. This should be
addressed in a separate ticket.
