minor note, not sure its worth a jira or anything on startup the missing
tostring on AutoRepairConfig means when it logs the configs in
YamlConfigurationLoader.java it shows :
auto_repair=org.apache.cassandra.repair.autorepair.AutoRepairConfig@35a9782c
