Marcus Eriksson updated CASSANDRA-20728:
----------------------------------------
Bug Category: Parent values: Degradation(12984)Level 1 values: Other
Exception(12998)
       Complexity: Normal
    Discovered By: Adhoc Test
    Fix Version/s: 6.x
         Severity: Low
           Status: Open (was: Triage Needed)

Patch in PR implements Benedicts suggestion from CASSANDRA-14554 by giving each
incoming file its own LifecycleTransaction and then as the stream finishes we
atomically hand over each file to a "parent" transaction

> Streaming abort race leaves orphaned partially written sstables on disk

> As discussed in CASSANDRA-14554 it is possible for streaming to leave
> half-written sstables around on disk, creating toil on bounces where
