In my local environment, I am running with low disk space. When running bulk
writer tests, tests are failing when disk space is lower than 10% because
Sidecar has a default configuration of 10% to protect against writing too much
data. For the purposes of the test, it is fine to reduce the threshold and
allow tests to run. I am making this change to prevent other people from seeing
this issue when running tests.
