Jolokia appears to be a legacy configuration that was never actually utilized.
The sidecar uses standard RMI-based JMX connections to communicate with
Cassandra instances, not HTTP-based jolokia connections. Since there's no JMX
server running in the sidecar itself (only JMX client connections to
Cassandra), jolokia serves no purpose and can be safely removed.
