Improve tracing:
- Introduce pattern tracing: specify an arbitrary number of patterns
filtering by txn kind, domain, keys, phase, new/failure; sample matching
operations to enable per-transaction filtering
- Support multiple reservoirs for both patterns and txnId level: SAMPLE,
RING, LEAKY (with additional uniform chance filter that may be applied to any)
