The introduction of TCM made some significant changes to behavior our
integration tests relied on, breaking them beyond that commit on Trunk (even
though the actual functionality would continue to work).
We need to update our integration tests to support trunk post-TCM, and remove
tests that are no longer supported (those that require unsafe range movement in
particular).
NOTE to implementer - this work has been done in the Sidecar project already
and we should be able to leverage the work there to do this.
