Several links in the Cassandra README currently use {{http://}} URLs. These
URLs redirect to HTTPS when accessed.
This change updates the README to use {{https://}} links directly to:
* Avoid unnecessary redirects
* Improve documentation hygiene and clarity
No functional or behavioral changes are introduced.
