As part of the initiative in CASSANDRA-20249 it was identified here (1) that
some TCM / CMS -related properties are not exposed in cassandra.yaml.
It is questionable if they are missing or purpose as they are internal and not
meant to be configured by an ordinary user on a daily basis or if they were
just forgotten to be exposed.
We are most probably going to explicitly hide them in cassandra.yaml for now
and this ticket should serve as a tracker for any properties we will expose
explicitly later on.
