PR for 5.0, should merge up cleanly. Each worker runs the full requested
iteration count, allowing additional machines to increase the total sample size
without increasing wall-clock time. When stop-on-failure is enabled, a failure
stops the local worker and triggers
Jenkins parallel fail-fast to cancel the remaining workers.
