1. In FileUtils, we do not flush the buffer prior to calling fsync
2. When rewriting SSTableMetadata we do not call fsync
3. We do not call fsync on the parent directory in Paxos Ballot
4. CommitLogSegment does not fsync logFile directory
5. fsync file directory in hints writer
6. fsync file directory for UncommittedDataFile.Writer.finish
