For cluster lease claim in Sidecar, Cassandra nodes with IPV6 address are not
able to claim the lease, because of this tasks scheduled to run with
ExecuteOnClusterLeaseHolderOnly are currently not being run. The regex used to
parse node address is missing square brackets, whereas Cassandra wraps an IPv6
literal in square brackets before appending the port. Fixing the regex, allows
the header to be parsed correctly.
