Sidecar uses Java driver to create Schema response. For 6.0 cluster with
mutation tracking enabled, noticed Java driver omits fields in create schema
statement such as replication_type added for mutation tracking, similarly omits
new fields added in create statement for accord. Sidecar ends up giving a
partial schema response. To fix this, proposing switching to using describe
statement for fetching schema.
