CqlUtils extracts the table schema, UDTs and index count from the keyspace
schema dump with regular expressions that do not understand single-quoted
string literals. Text inside a table comment that looks like a CREATE TABLE, or
that contains a semicolon, can be matched as DDL or can truncate the statement,
giving the reader or writer the wrong schema. This change blanks string
literals before matching (or parses the dump with the Cassandra CQL parser) in
extractTableSchema, extractUdts and extractIndexCount, and quotes interpolated
identifiers.
